Dear
Christian Friends,
Things are going well for us, and we count it a
privilege to share with you this update as we serve together for Christ's
cause. We would like to say thank you for your financial gifts and for your
prayer support, which is very much appreciated.
Please pray with us that 2012 would be the
year for a sweeping revival among God's people that would bring honor and
glory to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Our meetings are going well,
and we are rejoicing in God's goodness to His people. It
has been a blessing, as well as a privilege, to be with all the churches this
year. People are responding well to the preaching of His Word.
I had a great time with
Pastor James Critchfield at The First Baptist Church in Necedah, Wisconsin.
God did a marvelous work among His people. When the Word of God was preached,
they were blessed and challenged by it. On Tuesday night, we had one man
receive Christ as his Saviour. It is our prayer that God's people will
continue to be fruitful and that the Lord will continue to work in His people
as they labor for Him.
Believer's Comment
"I hope things are going
good for you and I pray that the church's you are visiting are hearing God
speak through you the way that I did! I will never be able to thank you
enough for speaking God's Word as blunt as you did! God really has been
working in me since then. I have been dealing with some stuff lately that has
really been getting tough and at times I thought it would be easiest to just
give up. If it wasn't for God bringing you to our church I never would have
stopped and prayed like I did tonight! I just read Colossians 3 out loud and I
couldn't even get the words out because God spoke so clearly to me through it
that it brought me to tears. I just wanted to let you know that you really
changed my life and I am looking forward to the changes that God is going to
continue to make in my life. I can't wait to get to know my God better and I
can't thank you enough for showing me how!"

"God has really touched my
heart this week by the words you've said. Once again, thanks so much for
speaking this week it means a lot."
Many of you have requested
more information on Debbie's health. Debbie is still struggling with her back
pain and other heath issues that prevent her from traveling with me full-time.
She has been plagued with
headaches. Currently, she is seeing several doctors and they are looking at
her stomach and head. It looks to be a process that will take several months
to complete as they try to narrow down some things; really a process of
elimination. She has been struggling for about 18 months with nausea that
worsens when she eats, at least one if not two lumps in the upper part of her
stomach, trouble breathing, and a few other ailments that all seem to be
connected. She has been cleared of any heart problems and asthma. She is
getting some test done on her head due to migraines. Her back is still bad,
but she has learned to live with the pain for the most part. All in all, she
is still praising the Lord and grateful that she can still get around most of
the time.
Our twelve-day series of
meetings went well with Pastor Roger Blanchard at Lakeland Baptist Church in
Lake Villa, Illinois. We thank the Lord for the spiritual decisions that were
made by several of God's people during the meetings. On Monday, Dakota
receive Christ as his personal Saviour. Praise the Lord!
The meetings went well with
Pastor Steve Haddock at Little Baptist Church in Pendleton, Oregon. God's
people were encouraged and they listened to the preaching of His Word.
The meetings were well
attended with Pastor John Horner at Liberty Baptist Church in Minier,
Illinois. We had one young man receive Christ as his personal Saviour and many
life-changing decisions by God's people.
The meetings went well with
Pastor Lloy Stevens at Victory Baptist Church in Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania.
God's people were encouraged by the preaching of His Word. The pastor
would like to have me back in 2013.
The meetings were successful
with Pastor Roger Louks at Rockford Baptist Church in Rockford, Minnesota.
They were well-attended and it was a time of spiritual growth.
It was a blessing to be with
Pastor Andy Buhrow at Temple Baptist Church in La Crosse, Wisconsin. God's
people responded well to the preaching of His Word; and as a result of that,
there were life-changing decisions.
Again, we thank each one of
you for your support. It is a blessing and encouragement to have God's
people out there lifting us up in prayer.
May
God bless you as you seek to serve
Him.
His servants,
Norman and
Debbie Stevens
