Debbie and I would
like to say thank you so very much for your financial support and for your
prayer support which is very much appreciated.
Our Sunday morning
meeting went well with Brother Richard Cross at Pilgrim Baptist Church in
Silverton, Oregon. It was a joy for us to worship the Lord together with God's
people. God's people were very kind and a great blessing to us.
What a blessing it
was to be with Pastor Thoren Sode at Berean Baptist Church in Dallas, Oregon.
It was the first Mission Conference in their church. It was a joy for me to
challenge them from God's Word. God's people were encouraged and blessed by the
meetings.
Our Wednesday night
meeting went well with Pastor Bob Crowford at Mid-Valley Baptist Church in
Corvallis, Oregon. They were happy to have us there.
Our meetings went so
well on Sunday and Monday with Pastor John Stima at Monroe Baptist Church in
Monroe, Washington, that the pastor extended them through Wednesday night. The
Holy Spirit of God was working in the hearts of God's people so much that they
got things right with each other and then with the Lord. It was exciting to see
God at work in the lives of His people.
It was a joy to be
with the folks at Riverside Baptist Church in Saint Helens, Oregon. God's
people were encouraged and blessed by the meetings.
The meetings were a
success with Pastor David Lynn at First Baptist Church in Creve Coeur,
Illinois. It turned out to be a wonderful week of fellowship and a time of
encouragement for those fine folks and their pastor.
We had good meetings
on Sunday with Pastor Brian Barber at First Baptist Church in Santa Maria,
California. God's people were encouraged and blessed by the meetings.
Our grandson Justin
joined us for 7 weeks this summer on our travels. Justin is 13 years old. We
had a great time with him! It was a good time of bonding, growing, learning,
and fun. We climbed mountains, hiked, went water rafting, tubing, prayed,
cried, and worshiped the Lord together. It was Justin's first time of traveling
with us. We hope to have him travel with us many summers in the future.
Please be in prayer
with us for souls to be saved, as well as for God's people to be challenged to
serve God, especially in the area of renewing their efforts to reach the lost.
Our meeting went
well with Pastor Dave Smith at Gethsemane Baptist Church in Long Beach,
California. God's people responded well to the preaching of His Word.
God's people
responded well to our ministry at Fundamental Baptist Church in Escondido,
California. They were encouraged by the preaching of God's Word.
Our Wednesday night
meeting went well with Pastor Philip Clark at West Coast Baptist Church in
Vista, California. When the invitation was given, God's people came forward to
seek the Lord in prayer. It was a sight to see God at work among His people.
Our meetings went
well with Pastor James Miller at
First Baptist Church of Lomita in Lomita, California. We had a great time with
God's people as we worshiped the Lord together.
The Wednesday night
meeting went well with Pastor Jim Preston at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Moreno
Valley, California. They were encouraged through the preaching of God's Word.
We had a great time
with Pastor Melito Berrara at Berean Bible Baptist Church in Chula Vista,
California. God's people were blessed by the Word of God being preached.
Our Wednesday night
service went well with Pastor Jack Hilliard at Grace Baptist Church in
Fallbrook, California. We were able to spend quality time with the pastor and
his family.
The Sunday evening
meeting went well with Pastor Chris Casillas at Mission Peek Baptist Church in
Fremont, California.
Our all-day Sunday
meetings went well with Pastor Schell Smith at Victory Baptist Church in
Atwater, California. God's people responded well to our ministry.
We had a great time
at Family Camp this year. We look forward every year to spending this time with
our church family at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Kings Mountain, North Carolina.
It was a blessing to
be with Pastor Charles Hatchett at Camp Joy in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The Lord
gave me great liberty to preach His Word. The teens were encouraged by it. One
young man by the name of Eric received the Lord as his personal Saviour.
We praise the Lord
that we had good meetings with Pastor Robert Love at Waupun Baptist Church in
Waupun, Wisconsin. What sweet fellowship we had there! The meetings were well
attended and the response of God's people to the preaching of His Word was an
encouragement to us all. We had the privilege of seeing several young people
trust the Lord as Savior during the week.
We had good meetings
with Pastor Leo Mosier at Greendale Baptist Church in Greendale, Wisconsin. We
held special meetings with the teens. At the end of the meetings, we had some
twenty-five teens come forward to follow the Lord with their whole heart.
Praise the Lord!
Our meetings went
well with the folks at Fellowship Baptist Church of Harmony Grove in Lodi,
Wisconsin. God's people worked together to make the meetings a success.
